Shipping Policy

. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ecocleanpath
is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
This section is especially important if you ship internationally.
5. Damages
ecocleanpath
is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
(Alternative Damage Policy): If you prefer to handle claims yourself to provide better customer service, you can use this alternative phrasing:
“If you received your order damaged, please contact us at [email protected]
within 48 hours
of receiving the order. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.”
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to worldwide

Delivery times for international orders vary by country and can take anywhere from 10

business days, or longer.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address . If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
8. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected]
. We will file a claim with the carrier. Local law enforcement investigation may be required.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
