Refund Policy
At EcoCleanPath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery (the day the package is marked as delivered by the carrier) to request a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@ecocleanpath.com within 30 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: clear photos of the product showing the issue, photos of the outer packaging, and a short video if the defect is functional (e.g., motor not running)
- For unwanted items (changed mind): photos showing the product is unused and still sealed in its original packaging
- We will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed return instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address below using a trackable shipping method. Returns sent without a valid RA number may be refused at our facility.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please contact us before shipping any return — items sent without prior authorization may not be processed and will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fee. The restocking fee on all returned items is $0. Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed): the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original outbound shipping (which we provide free of charge) is non-refundable in this case.
- Our error or a defective product (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged, manufacturing defect): we cover all costs, including the return shipping. You will receive a prepaid return label or a refund of the return shipping fee, plus a full refund or free replacement of the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to arrange an exchange. We cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our refund confirmation email, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as additional processing time may apply. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@ecocleanpath.com.
